Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Bulk Indexer ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Bulk Indexer is a link indexing service. You submit URLs, we submit them for indexing and report the status of each one. Two speeds are available: Standard, processed within about 24 hours, and Instant, where links are indexed in under an hour.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• One account per person or organization
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Submit legitimate backlinks for indexing purposes
• Use the service for SEO and digital marketing activities
• Monitor indexing progress and results
• Access customer support and documentation

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Submit spam, malicious, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Submit links to malware, phishing, or harmful websites

Prohibited Content

Do not submit URLs related to adult content, gambling, casino, betting, illegal content or policy violations.

We cannot index URL lists that contain prohibited content such as adult content, gambling, casino, lottery, illegal betting or unlawful content. This applies to every submission method — pasted lists, CSV or TXT uploads, sitemap fetches and the API — and to both Standard and Instant indexing.

Prohibited categories include, but are not limited to:

• Adult content
• Gambling and casino content
• Lottery content
• Betting, including illegal betting
• Illegal or otherwise unlawful content
• Any content that violates search engine policies

Batches found to contain prohibited content are rejected and are not submitted for indexing. Repeated submissions may result in suspension or termination of your account under the Account Suspension and Termination section below. You are responsible for confirming that every URL in a batch complies with this policy before you submit it.

Service Availability and Performance

• Uptime: We strive for 99.9% service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Standard indexing: Batches are processed within about 24 hours, and results are reported for up to 4 days
• Instant indexing: Links are indexed in under an hour. These are typical times, not guarantees
• No indexing guarantee: The decision to index a page belongs to the search engine. We cannot guarantee that any particular link will be indexed
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Payment Terms

Credit System

• Our service operates on a prepaid credit system
• Credits are purchased in advance and used for indexing services
• Current pricing: $15 per 1,000 credits
• Standard indexing uses 1 credit per URL; Instant indexing uses 10 credits per URL
• Credits do not expire and can be used at any time
• Credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy
• We recommend trying a small package first and upgrading once you have seen it work for your links

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details
• Card payments are charged in US dollars. Customers in India can pay in Indian rupees using UPI
• No tax is added at checkout. Rupee prices include all applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before credits are added to your account
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

• Bulk Indexer and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You retain ownership of content you submit to our service
• You grant us a license to process and index your submitted content
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific indexing results or timelines
• Search engine algorithms and policies may affect indexing success
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bulk Indexer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account remains inactive for over 2 years
• You fail to pay outstanding fees (if applicable)

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
• Unused credits may be forfeited (see Refund Policy)
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• Surviving provisions will remain in effect

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bulk Indexer from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bulk Indexer is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration when possible
• You may opt out of arbitration by contacting us within 30 days of account creation
• Class action lawsuits are not permitted under these terms

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
