Refund Policy

All sales are final

Purchases of Bulk Indexer credits are final and non-refundable. This applies to every package and to both Standard and Instant indexing, whether or not the links you submit end up being indexed.

Why we cannot offer refunds

Every URL you submit costs us real resources the moment it is processed, regardless of the outcome:

• Server and infrastructure capacity is consumed for each link
• Processing and submission costs are incurred as soon as a batch starts
• Those costs cannot be recovered once the work has been carried out
• Credits are a digital product, available to use the moment you buy them

Instant indexing uses priority capacity, which is why it costs 10× the standard rate. The same policy applies: once an instant batch has been submitted, the credits it used cannot be returned.

Indexing is not guaranteed

We cannot guarantee that any particular link will be indexed. We submit your URLs and report what happened to each one, but the final decision to index a page always belongs to the search engine. Results depend on things outside our control, including:

• The quality and originality of the page
• Whether the page blocks indexing (noindex, robots.txt, login walls)
• Whether the page redirects, returns an error or loads too slowly
• The reputation of the site the page is on
• Changes in search engine behaviour

A link that is not indexed is not a fault in the service and is not eligible for a refund or a credit.

Try a small package first

Because we cannot refund credits, we strongly recommend testing the service on your own links before committing to a large purchase:

1. Start small. Buy the smallest package that lets you run a real test.
2. Submit a representative sample of the kind of links you actually need indexed.
3. Check the results in your dashboard, link by link.
4. If it works for your links, upgrade. If it does not, you have risked very little.

How credits work

• $15 buys 1,000 credits
• Standard indexing uses 1 credit per URL
• Instant indexing uses 10 credits per URL
• Credits never expire and stay on your account until you use them
• Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or moved to another account

When credits are returned to your balance

We only charge for work we actually carry out. Credits are returned to your balance automatically, as credits and never as cash, when:

• A batch could not be submitted at all because of a fault on our side
• URLs are removed before submission: duplicates, invalid addresses, prohibited content, or links our pre-submission check found to be dead

Billing mistakes, such as being charged twice for one purchase, are always corrected. Contact us and we will put it right.

Prohibited content

URLs related to adult content, gambling, casino, lottery, betting or unlawful content are not accepted. See the prohibited content policy. Accounts closed for breaching it forfeit any unused credits.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We resolve genuine billing problems quickly. Filing a chargeback for credits that were delivered and used results in the account being suspended.

Closing your account

• You can use your remaining credits at any time before closing your account
• Unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted
