Bulk Indexer operates on a prepaid credit system where you purchase indexing credits that are consumed when you use our services. This system provides several benefits:

  • Flexibility: Use credits when you need them, at your own pace
  • No Expiration: Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
  • Fair Usage: Pay only for what you actually use
  • Predictable Costs: Know exactly how much each indexing operation costs

No Refund Policy

All purchases of indexing credits are final and non-refundable. This policy exists because:

  • Credits are digital goods that are immediately available for use
  • Our service infrastructure and resources are allocated based on credit purchases
  • Processing costs and third-party fees are incurred immediately upon purchase
  • Credits can be used flexibly without time restrictions

How the Credit System Works

Purchasing Credits

  • Credits are sold in packages (typically 1000 credits for $15)
  • Payment is processed immediately upon purchase
  • Credits are added to your account balance within minutes
  • You can purchase additional credits at any time

Using Credits

  • Each URL submitted for indexing consumes 1 credit
  • Credits are deducted when indexing begins, not when submitted
  • Failed submissions (due to invalid URLs) may not consume credits
  • You can monitor your credit balance in your account dashboard

Service Guarantees

While we cannot offer refunds, we do provide service guarantees:

Success Rate Guarantee

  • We maintain a 98.5%+ indexing success rate
  • If our success rate falls below 90% in any month, we provide bonus credits
  • Individual results may vary based on link quality and search engine policies

Processing Time Guarantee

  • Most links are processed within 24-72 hours
  • If processing takes longer than 7 days due to our system issues, we provide compensation credits
  • Delays due to search engine changes or external factors are not covered

Exceptional Circumstances

In very limited circumstances, we may consider credit adjustments (not cash refunds):

Technical Issues

  • System errors that prevent service delivery
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Account access issues caused by our systems

Policy Violations

  • If we terminate your account for policy violations, unused credits are forfeited
  • Fraudulent purchases will result in account suspension without credit retention
  • Chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension
